Refund policy

We hope you love your order, but if something isn't quite right, don't worry- we're happy to assit with returns. Simply review our guidelines below and we will help you get everything sorted out quickly & easily!

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Once requested, items must be sent within 7 working days or your return becomes void. Due to the nature of the products we sell, to be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened & unused. Please note, we do not cover the costs of returns unless we have made an error.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right, we will always aim to fix this for you. Please ensure you have photographs of any defects or damages.
